An agreed approach

The weekend before last it became clear in conversations that MOH and I still had different approaches in our heads for the upcoming work. Having spotted this I tasked MOH to write down the order in which we should approach the building works, as that would be more helpful than just saying you need to do x first at every opportunity.

Finally yesterday at 11pm we sat down and talked about it. MOH had taken a binary, waterfall, list approach whereas I had assumed two, maybe three streams of work taking place simultaneously, especially when the tradesfolk would be different. It also means that although the disruption may be greater, it should also be shorter. That's my logic anyway...

It was clear MOH hadn't considered that but could also see the benefits of that approach. Excellent, that's sorted then.

We now have a list if immediate tasks too so we can really start to make this happen.
