1st attempt at barbecue-ing bread = fail!

I have learnt that cooking sourdough on the BBQ is it the same as cooking it in an electric oven.  I was thinking some practice ahead of having o kitchen would be a good idea.

Oops! It's potentially rescue-able. But only by slicing off the base!
