I love the colours in this wreath, much nicer than the usual festive holly wreath. I also admire anyone that could make this, and who thinks they'd be able to teach a novice wreath-making skills.
I'd love to be able to do this of course, but I'm doubtful that I ever would manage something as fantabulous as this.
I saw this beautiful wreath on the HG Living Beautifully blog (read more here
). Here's an excerpt from the blog post:
"Renowned teacher of flower arranging and floristry, Judith Blacklock set up her Flower School in a pretty Belgravia mews 14 years ago and has been sharing her skills and knowledge ever since. It’s that time of year again to get into the Christmas spirit and why not wow your friends and family by making your own festive creation with the help of Judith and her Wreath Masterclass on 11thDecember. You will have the opportunity to make a wreath for your door whilst snacking on some seasonal treats and to ask any questions you have about any aspect of floral design and working with flowers..."
I won't be at the master class, because I know my limitations (and the timing doesn't work for me) but I imagine it would be a fascinating day and somewhere where even I'd be able to boost my "plonk it in a vase" approach!
