Last week I shared the prep and decorating post where we started to decorate our bedroom, today I'm sharing the photos as it's almost complete. I still want to buy some new bedding, make new cushion covers for the large cushions on our bed, get a new radio alarm clock and find some pictures to hang.
But it's mostly there. We're still at that tidy stage and long may it last - you know the stage where everything is put away and it has the feel of a hotel room because it's so neat and pristine. We've also decided to keep under our bed clear, that may be more challenging but we'll see how we go...
My favourite view of the room is this one, with the windows reflected in the wardrobes:
And here's some more wardrobe detail:
And another shot of our curved wall, which curves around the spiral stairs:
You probably caught a glimpse of the eyelet curtains in my favourite view shot above, here's a closer look at them and the new curtain pole.
You may have seen my black and white photos yesterday, well here's the wall lights and bedside table in colour.
And before I share the "whole room" shot, here's some more glimpses of detail starting with the wallpaper "framed" by the black pillars and beam, the frame of the mirror and the chest of drawers.
Which only leaves me to share a view of the whole room, and to get those last bits finished off. It's taken us a while to get our bedroom decorated, but it's definitely worth it.
