This week we've had a few days off and after a day in Birmingham at the Spring Fair looking at what we'll be buying in the shops soon, we've moved onto Norfolk for a few days. The plan has been to get out on our bikes and yesterday was a gorgeous day in this large skied county. And so my first bike ride of the year was a nearly twenty seven miler, perhaps something shorter might have been better to ease myself back in...
