This week I’m sharing a photo of a dandelion, which you might think an unusual choice. They’re multiplying in our grass, and while they’re yellow they’re fine. When they turn to seedheads, that’s when to get rid of them and pronto. But that’s not the reason behind the photo this week.
In Norfolk the other weekend dad told me he leaves the flowers because of the bears. Now Norfolk’s not know for its bears, brown or otherwise, but with a serious face dad told me that all the time there’s flowers, he knows he doesn’t have bears…
The dad stories don’t improve with age I tell you, but I couldn’t help but laugh at this one. So if the heads have been snapped off, take care, it could be you have bears!!
